National Story Telling Week

January 30, 2018

As part of National Story Telling Week, Lubna (our child development specialist) shared the story of the ‘Tiger and King’ to a group of our children. Over 20 children gathered in the Sreepur village’s school library where they sat patiently listening to the exciting tales of the tiger and the king. Story telling is a great way to inspire young minds, it not only encourages the love for reading but also furthers the sharing of opinions and ideas. This week the children are really looking forward to listening to a variety of stories and also look forward to sharing their own.
