What will I be doing?

You will be supporting the Fundraising Manager with a multitude of tasks including sending out mailings and supporter materials; researching potential supporters; making phone calls; attending and supporting events; data entry, running reports; writing press releases; organising collections etc. This is an unpaid role but provides a wonderful opportunity to gain experience in Trust, Corporate and Event fundraising. Perfect anyone trying to break into the charity sector!  

What skills and qualities can I bring to this role?

Good organisational skills; flexibility and a willingness to work on a variety of tasks. Good communication skills; administration skills, IT, research and social media skills.

What support will you be given? 

Expenses will be reimbursed and you will be given supervision and support from the Fundraising Manager.

When will you be needed? 

On average four hours a week, flexibility is offered and a trial period is recommended in the interest of both parties.

Location: 

If home based anywhere in the UK, or there is the possibility of working in small fundraising office in Beckenham, Kent.
