Keeping The Sreepur Children Warm and Cosy

December 22, 2017

The Sreepur Village is wrapping up the week with a visit from Blankadesh, a remarkable charity which, every winter, distributes fleece blankets to poor children throughout Bangladesh.

Blankadesh sells exactly the same fleece blankets to expatriates in Dhaka for twice the cost price, and for every blanket an expat buys, a second blanket is given to a child in need.

We are delighted that Blankadesh can help to keep so many of our children and babies warm during the coldest months of the year.
